This program will take the process a step further.  By providing specific documents, together with a formal application we can actually approve your loan - prior to you looking for a home.

The following must be provided:

  1. A completed application.
  2. Your most recent pay stub and last two (2) years W-2 forms.
  3. Most recent bank statements for three (3) months for all accounts to be used to pay closing costs and down payment.
  4. Self employed individuals must provide copies of their last two years personal and business tax returns as well as a year to date Profit and Loss statement and Balance Sheet prepared by their accountant.
  5. For VA applicants, we will need your Certificate of Eligibility.

With this information in hand, we will be able to run appropriate credit report(s), complete employment references by phone, and complete income and credit underwriting for you.  You will be provided with a written loan commitment based on a maximum interest rate and loan amount.
